  • Ben Saadatmand
    General Manager

    Ben, who joined the Marlow team in 2016, and who has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1985 in Harrisonburg and Winchester, brings Marlow and its customers his extensive sales, finance, and management experience.  Mr. Saadatmand was also the owner and operator of an independent auto dealership in Harrisonburg.

     

    Ben is a long-time resident of Harrisonburg, he is married with five children, and he is passionate about designing and completing renovation projects, and playing the drums and congas.  Mr. Saadatmand's favorite part about the community is that "the people are truly friendly."

     

    Professionally, Ben's goal is to "put the customer first" by striving to treat each customer like he would treat his own family member, by listening intently to each customer's unique needs, and by working to earn his or her trust and friendship.  Mr. Saadatmand thoroughly enjoys the car business, and he finds great satisfaction in helping a customer achieve his or her needs, as well as assisting the dealership accomplish efficient operations.  Ben's first car owned was a blue, 1967 Pontiac Catalina Fastback, and his "on the lot" dream car is a black, Ford GT.  Mr. Saadatmand's favorite quote is, "Where there's a will, there's a way." - English Proverb

  • Danny Vincent

    Danny, who joined the Marlow team in 2016, and who has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 2011, brings Marlow and its customers his extensive sales and management experience.

     

    Mr. Vincent is a Pennsylvania native and Boyce resident, and he is married with five children.  Danny is passionate about spending time with his family, which includes hunting, fishing, and learning Tae Kwon Do together (Mr. Vincent is a black belt).  Danny's favorite part about the community is that people are down to earth, and he is in awe of the mountains and scenery.

     

    Professionally, Mr. Vincent thoroughly enjoys his job, and he takes great satisfaction in helping customers navigate the car buying process, and meet a need (by purchasing a vehicle) that he or she never anticipated was possible when first walking into the showroom.  Danny's first car owned was a red, 1988 Dodge Ram 50 truck, and his "on the lot" dream car is a black, Ford Mustang.  Mr. Vincent's favorite quote is, "It ain't about how hard you hit.  It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.  It's how much you can take, and keep moving forward.  That's how winning is done." - Rocky (in the movie, Rocky Balboa)

  • Anthony Cox

    Anthony, who re-joined the Marlow team in 2016, and who has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1985, brings Marlow and its customers his extensive service and management experience.

     

    Mr. Cox is a Maryland native and Page County resident, and he is married with two children.  Anthony's passions include drag racing, and camping with his family.

     

    Professionally, Mr. Cox takes great satisfaction in successfully fixing a customer's vehicle, and Anthony strives to maintain a laser beam focus on the needs of each and every customer, "and then everything will fall into place."  Mr. Cox's first car owned was a blue, 1973 VW Super Beetle.  His "on the lot" dream car is a black, Ford F-450 diesel truck.

  • Phillip Ashley
    Parts Manager

    Phillip, who joined the Marlow team in 2016, and who has worked in the automotive industry since 2011, brings Marlow and its customers his extensive retail sales and management experience.

     

    Mr. Ashley is a Middletown native and Winchester resident, and he is married with one child.  As a former student at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Phillip is passionate about playing his bass guitar.  He occasionally fills-in for musicians on the weekends in the area.  Mr. Ashley also enjoys taking his family to at least one Major League Baseball (MLB) game per year, with a trip to Fenway Park to see the Boston Red Sox being their favorite.

     

    Professionally, Phillip describes his work as the "CSI for parts," (comparing it to the TV show, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation), as he works daily (like a detective) to locate and retrieve diligently the exact part needed to provide a solution for each customer's specific needs.  Mr. Ashley's first car owned was a maroon, 1983 Ford Escort manual (AKA "Red Rosie") gifted to Phillip from his grandmother.  His "on the lot" dream car is a silver, Ford Flex.  Mr. Ashley's favorite quote (referring to the fact that everyone is unique) is, "Every single one of us is a freak." - Steffan Lessard, Dave Matthews Band bassist

  • Jennifer Rines
    Office Manager

    Jennifer joined the Marlow team in 2007, and she is a Page County native and Rileyville resident.

     

    Ms. Rines is married with two children, and her passions include canoeing, kayaking, and philanthropic work in the community (she serves on the Board and/or volunteers for several local non-profits).  Jennifer's favorite part about the community is that it's family-oriented, and that it has a small town feel.

     

    Professionally, Jennifer emphasizes the importance of listening patiently to customers, taking a sincere interest in them, and working earnestly to help them.  Ms. Rines' first car owned was a red, 1987 Ford Escort.  Her favorite saying is, "Hakuna Matata."

    Eddie joined the Marlow team in 1996, and he brings the dealership and its customers his extensive background working in retail and sales.

     

    Mr. Davis is a North Carolina native and Luray resident.  Eddie, who fills-in routinely for his church's preacher, is a proud owner of two cats and a bird (Bubba, Booger, and Bud).  Bud's the bird.  Mr. Davis considers himself a "foodie," and he is a passionate fan of the New Orleans Saints.  Eddie's favorite part about the community is its natural beauty and mountains.

     

    Professionally, Eddie strives to be honest with every customer, and most importantly, to "be himself."  He enjoys the fact that no day working in the car business can ever be predicted, or the same.  Mr. Davis' first car owned was a white, 1968 Chevy Impala, and his "on the lot" dream car is a silver and red, Ford Mustang Boss, Laguna Seca.  If you've ever taken test drive with Eddie (the radio is always tuned to the "Elvis station"), you won't be surprised that his favorite saying is, "Thank you, thank you very much." - Elvis Presley

    Penni joined the Marlow team in 2015, after working in the sales, medical, and restaurant industries.

     

    Ms. Widlacki is a Georgia native and Luray resident, and she has six children, and 15 grandchildren.  Penni's passions include fishing, re-purposing her flea market finds, and enjoying the outdoors with her grandchildren.  Ms. Widlacki's favorite part about the community is its "charm," and that it comes together when someone is in need.

     

    Professionally, Penni strives to care for, listen to, and serve each customer as his or her guide during the car buying process.  Ms. Widlacki's first car owned was a blue, 1976 Buick Skylark, and her "on the lot" dream car is a Twilight Purple, Ford Mustang (5-Speed).  Penni's favorite quote is, "If you always did what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always got."

  • Frank Merritt Sr.

    Frank joined the Marlow team in 2017, and he has worked in the automotive industry since 2013.  Previously, he spent 37 years driving 4.5 million accident-free miles across the country in a tractor trailer.

     

    Mr. Merritt is a Baltimore, MD native and Strasburg resident.  Frank is married with two children, and he is a proud grandparent of three.  Mr. Merritt's passions include hunting and fishing.  He is also a certified scuba diver, and a licensed private investigator, and pilot.  Frank's favorite part about the community is the mountain breeze in the morning, and its quietness.

     

    Professionally, Mr. Merritt emphasizes the importance of practicing honesty and transparency during his daily interactions with each and every customer.  Frank's first car owned was a white, 1968 VW Beetle (AKA "Betsy"), and his "on the lot" dream car is a black, Ford F-250, Super Duty Lariat truck.  Mr. Merritt's favorite quote is, "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." - Frederick Nietzsche

  • Chuck Plummer

    Mr. Plummer joined the Marlow team in 2016.  While at the age of eight, Chuck began begging his parents to buy him a muscle car for Christmas, and as a teenager, he delivered car parts after school, Mr. Plummer has formally worked in the automotive industry since 1980.

     

    Chuck is passionate about muscle cars, animals, and spending time at the beach.  Mr. Plummer's favorite part about the community is that "the people are genuine."

     

    Professionally, Chuck strives to consistently exhibit positivity and politeness to each and every customer that enters the service lane.  Mr. Plummer's first car owned was a B5 Blue, 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner.  His "on the lot" dream car is a Ford F-150 Raptor truck.

    Steven ("Wally") joined the Marlow team in 2010, after a career in the Page and Rappahannock Counties Sheriff Offices respectively.

     

    Mr. Eackles is a Luray native and resident.  Wally is the proud parent of one child, and he is passionate about target shooting and groundhog hunting.  Mr. Eackles' favorite part about the community is its small town feel.

     

    Professionally, Wally strives to treat each customer like he would treat himself, and he takes great satisfaction in helping people.  Mr. Eackles' first car owned was a yellow, 1979 Jeep CJ5.  His "on the lot" dream car is a blue jean, Ford F-150 truck.

  • Malcom Wood
    Service Technician

    Malcom joined the Marlow team in 2013, and he has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1982.

     

    Mr. Wood is a Rileyville native and resident, and he is the proud parent of one child.  Professionally, Malcom's goal is to fix each customer's vehicle right, the first time.  Mr. Wood's first car owned was a black, 1964 Ford Galaxy.

  • Harley Stevens
    Service Technician

    Harley joined the Marlow team in 2015, and he is an Edinburg native and Mount Jackson resident.

     

    Mr. Stevens is passionate about the outdoors (camping, hiking, and fishing), cars, and the culinary arts (cooking German and Chinese food respectively).  Harley's favorite part about the community is its topography, and locating and enjoying scenic look-out points throughout the Shenandoah Valley.

     

    Professionally, Mr. Stevens is grateful that he and his co-workers help one another for the sake of the customer (and each other), and he finds great satisfaction in working with his hands.  Harley's first car owned was a maroon, 1998 Mazda B2500 truck, and his "on the lot" dream car is a black (with double red stripes), Ford Mustang Roush (Stage 3).

  • Ray Pittman
    Detail Department

    In 2013, Ray joined the Marlow, Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram team in Front Royal, and then in 2016, he joined the Marlow Ford team in Luray.

     

    Mr. Pittman is an Ohio native (Go Buckeyes!) and Front Royal resident, and he is married with three children (and a proud grandparent of eight).  Ray is passionate about college football, playing basketball, and hosting his family's annual reunion.  Mr. Pittman's favorite part about the community is its scenery and rural living.

     

    Professionally, in relation to every vehicle that he works on, Ray strives to achieve complete customer satisfaction.  Mr. Pittman's first car owned was a white, 1985 Ford Escort.
